Skillful work is not innate; it is based on a deep understanding and grasp of a task or matter, and it is summarized and sublimated from repeated practices. As mentioned in the course materials about the concept of "stepping down from the God's Platform": "One knows the sweetness and bitterness of things only by tasting them; one knows the smoothness and danger of the road only by walking on it." There is no shortcut to growth—only by stepping down from the "divine platform", going deep into the front line, gaining true knowledge through practice, and developing real talents in practice. Learning through doing gives practice a solid foundation, while doing through learning gives practical work theoretical guidance.

Thank you to the company for organizing this training and to the Group General Manager for the wonderful sharing, which provided me with an opportunity to reflect on and examine my work ideas and methods.
