What is learned from books is superficial after all; one must practice to gain genuine knowledge. As an administrative staff member, I often handle statistical work in my daily duties, some of which are so frequent that they require daily compilation. Previously, I could only rely on past experience to perform these tasks mechanically, which was both tedious and time-consuming. Although the desired results were eventually achieved, precious time was significantly wasted. Realizing this was unsustainable, I continuously explored and practiced, and finally succeeded in streamlining the mechanical statistical work using function formulas. This not only greatly improved my work efficiency but also allowed me to experience the joy of work that comes from thinking, while freeing up more time to tackle other tasks. In fact, in our workplace, there are often employees who are diligent in labor but reluctant to think. While following instructions is commendable, a work approach that combines courage with strategy and values critical thinking is more worthy of promotion.

Looking to the future, the road ahead is long, and I will strive to seek and explore. Working with correct thinking, in my view, can be expressed by a formula: "Thinking ability (correct thinking) + methods + dedication = efficient work." This training is an opportunity for self-improvement and a "refueling station" on my growth journey. I will apply the insights gained from this training to the daily administrative management of the company, continuously enhance my capabilities in future work, and contribute to the company's development.
